Fee Schedule
The following fees will be implemented at this facility:
Fee Schedule continues each consecutive month that rent is past due
Late Fees: At the close of business on the 5th calendar $20.00 day after the monthly rent is due
Administrative Fee: Charged once for initial contract processing $10.00
Lock Cut Fee: $20.00 Padlock $30.00 Disc/Cylinder Lock
Cleaning Fee: Only applies when items are left in unit or $75.00 Minimum when unit has not been swept clean
Invoice Fee: Only when printed and mailed $ 2.00
ACH Draft - Insufficient Funds Fee: Charged when ACH auto-draft does not clear $20.00
Auction Fee: Unit can be placed at public auction at 21 $120.00 calendar days past due
